BE THE DIFFERENCE

2nd Corinthians 8:9

King James Version Utilized, John Gill Expository, and Charles Eardman Commentary

This message reminds us to take action when we see something done wrong in a ministry. It encourages us to take calculated steps in getting the proper things changed in our society one neighborhood at a time. It implores us to take inventory of ourselves first to make sure that our hearts and minds are in order before challenging the enemy and the social ills he has infected society with to cause chaos and confusion. Listen in and become the difference in your life and others around you.

All the best and God bless you all who listen in and take action.  Click above and enjoy the ride.

Some “Church Folks” Think They Are The Best Thing Since Sliced Bread and Red Kool-Aid

REAL STANDARDS ARE UPHELD BY TRUE CHRISTIANS WHO LIVE THE CHRISTIAN LIFE TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITY KNOWING THEY WILL COME UP SHORT FROM TIME TO TIME AND FAIL SOMETIMES TOO!!!

The standards that we as believers uphold are in the bible. We can uphold them through our actions without being offensive with our mouths and minds. The Word of God tells you to build your own standard (Numbers 2:2) which is your personal relationship with God and a personal identity of your spiritual household. You utilize this standard to let the world know that you are a child of God and you are living the Christian lifestyle to the best of your ability with the aid of the Holy Ghost.

Maintaining a personal STANDARD with God will allow you the foundation that you need in order to bring in who and what you need in your lives; and to relinquish and extinguish some relationships that have grown toxic because of blatant disrespect and purposeful words being spoken to you to upset you. They became disrespectful only because of the fact that you do not meet the sententious, narcissistic, pusillanimous, and sadity standard they believe should be in your life. Plus they feel that everyone must cater to them in order to be in a business or personal relationship with them.

The foundation that God’s standards have established for the believer and DOER will give you the support you need to just walk away and NEVER speak to, think of, or worry about them again. It will give you the foundation to pray for them and their journey as they go in the direction they are headed and you head off into another direction towards your destiny. They were there for a season and a reason and when that time is up, they will call you out of your name and say things offensive just to upset you.

However, I’ve got news for you! You don’t have to get upset. Lose their number, delete their profile with a smile, and move on with your life because you did not meet their egotistical standard. Stop allowing people to delve so deep into the recesses of your mind without consulting God about what they say to you.

When a person becomes purposely offensive via email, phone call, or social media towards you, it is often because you did not do what THEY WANTED you to do to cater to them. God’s standards will fortify your mind in such a way that you can say bye-bye and not cry for you know where your strength truly lies. You have a standard to uphold in your life and that is a personal standard with God. Hold up your banner and hold your head up so you can see where you are going. Move with purpose, prowess, power, and prestige towards your next goal.

God lifted a standard towards your enemies and he is your protection (Isaiah 62:10). No spiritual or mental weapon of lies, deceit, rumors, or hatred shall prosper against you. Hold up your Christian standards and move under grace, mercy, and prayer until you reach your destiny. You enhance and improve your standard until others see nothing but positive power pouring from you even when you are in pain.

I have done it! I am still doing it and will continue to do it and grow and expand until I am even more impactful on the community. Things have changed and that change will be an epidemic change for the area that I am in and subsequently the areas I travel to and from. All the best and God bless. I’m just saying…….

Talking About Nothing

GLACIER SAILS

Get some knowledge into your mind from as many cultures, countries, and customs as you can.  You will be able to have a greater appreciation for humanity if you do.  Just because people do not believe like YOU believe does not mean that they don’t believe.  Church folks are a “hot mess” sometimes.  Learn from others before you attempt to judge others by your insignificant standards.

What you gossip about in church and the negativity you engage in doesn’t have to be put on Facebook. People will find out about it anyway. Every church has at least ONE SOUL who announces all of the ‘church’ community “goings on”. They know who is going with whom; who is doing who; who is creeping with who; where they are creeping; why they are creeping; and still manage to keep their dirt under wraps.

So you don’t ALWAYS have to put your business on Facebook. Twitter, or any other SOCIAL MEDIA. Whether you believe it or not SOCIAL MEDIA is often late when it comes to texting and cell phones during and after service in church these days. By the time you get your ten church plates from the Church anniversary service and potluck to your car, pictures of you with captions have already been posted to the SOCIAL MEDIA NEWS FEED before you put your key in the ignition and start your vehicle. Be advised before it goes up on FACEBOOK or any other social media, it has already been sent in a “group text” to other busy bodies in other ministries and that is how people find out anyway. Watch out for them FB Family because the HELL-A-PHONE is a BEAST in the hands of a “HELLION.” I’m just saying….. a simple observation after service tonight.
